Community Mural Input Survey
Artist in Residency Program
The City of Riverside, in partnership with the Riverside Arts Council, is proud to announce the six artists selected to participate in the Artists in Residency (AIR) Program funded with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. This pilot program is intended to enrich community life through meaningful, public-facing art.
The AIR Program strengthens connections between artists and Riverside’s diverse neighborhoods. Over the next 18 months, concluding by December 2026, the selected artists will be supported by the City of Riverside Arts & Cultural Affairs Division and managed by the Riverside Arts Council, which will provide technical training and support as needed. The artists will also engage directly with residents across the City’s seven wards to develop at least one mural and public engagement within the community areas they are serving.
